Agent/CSR
Jessica works as our Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our main office. She is the voice you are most likely to hear when you call the office in Ithaca. Additionally, she is a writing agent selling personal and commercial policies. Her license gives her the ability to answer most of your questions! Jessica has been with the agency since 2016.
