Rob started selling insurance with his father Orlen Richards in 2002. He greatly appreciates the wealth of insight and knowledge he received while working with his father. Orlen fully retired from the agency in 2017. As the owner, Rob has continued to look for and make use of competitive companies to better serve our clients. Rob holds the FMDC insurance designation and in the past for several years, served on the board of a mutual insurance company. That experience helped to expand his understanding of farm insurance and insurance in general.
